What Our Customers Say
"The Yarra Valley Pet Resort team were amazing in their care of our furbabies. We used both their boarding and wedding chaperone service and couldn’t recommend them more. The team were super communicative in the lead-up to the big day and took the time to ask for all the right details, which gave us so much confidence. They were also incredibly warm and friendly and handled our overactive, anxious pups with such care and kindness. Our pups arrived at the wedding beautifully groomed and dressed in their wedding outfits, which absolutely made our day. We felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands and are so grateful to the team for taking such wonderful care of them."

"I could not recommend Yarra Valley Pet Resort enough! I met someone along the Warrandyte river who said there isn't anyone else they would trust their dog with. I can 100% confirm that and could not agree more. They have been a God send when Thaison has needed care. He has been going since he was a puppy. Andrea and her team are amazing and I can rest assured knowing he is in excellent hands and is well looked after and cared for. Thaison loves going to the resort and I get the feeling he does not want to leave sometimes. I have no doubt he has the best time there. The prices are excellent too. So grateful to the team for looking after my baby!"

"Just wanted to say I am very happy with the recent service at Yarra valley, I collected my dog a week ago and he seemed so content and happy there (as he usually does anyway) but it is very comforting to know that he is okay. I appreciate the updates from management and the care taken for him and his weight etc. All the workers are so great, lovely and helpful they all do such an amazing job. I appreciate everyone who takes such good care for Argo and all the dogs."

"We were very lucky to find availability at this pet resort around Christmas time as most places in our area were booked out since September. We had to extend the stay and adjust the dates and they were very flexible and communicative. Great service, our cat came back very well looked after just cranky at us for leaving her for that long."
