1) Check your email or log into the portal

• You’ll receive an email notification when your Pet Postcard is ready. Click the link in the email to view it.
• Or visit our website and choose your resort’s portal from the menu to log in.

2) First time using the portal?

• If you’ve stayed before but haven’t used the portal, select the option for existing customers who haven’t logged in yet.
• Reset your password and follow the email prompts to access your account.

Once logged in, continue with the steps below.

3) Navigate to your Pet Postcard

• Click Pet Space on the top menu bar.
• On mobile, open the hamburger menu and choose Pet Space.

4) Open your report

• You’ll see your report listed in a table.
• Click the Summary to open the report and view your pet’s photos and daily notes.
