Pet Resort in Gumdale

I had booked a private stay for Charli as wasn’t sure how she would go and Pet resort gumdale were able to find her some friends/playmates and she had a blast. They even gave her a cute report card. "I was very worried about leaving my dachshund "Scamp" for an extended stay while I went on holidays as he had never been left before. However, when I first met Sam in reception, her love of dogs was obvious and she went out of her way to reassure me that Scamp would be ok and there would be someone to give him cuddles and play if he didnt appear to want to mix with the other dogs. Well, he had an absolute ball playing with the other dogs and even ventured into the splash pool (Sam had video evidence). When I picked him up he was healthy happy and Sam had obviously gotten him in a bath, he smelled lovely and fresh. Will definitely be taking Scamp back for some doggy daycare so he gets to play some more."

"Our loved Bonnie and Teddy stayed at Fido and Felix while we were overseas. From our first phone call to dropping them off to having them home everything was a wonderful experience. Upon our return getting home from overseas, my husband and I became very unwell but the wonderful Sammy saved the day and went above and beyond for us, to which we are truely thankful. We will never forget this kindness. Our dogs came home clean, healthy and happy. I have never felt so confident with the decision of picking Fido and Felix for our dog boarding. I highly recommend this fabulous place if you need to board your pets. Thank you to all the team and especially Sammy- you guys are the greatest!"

"Sam and the team are amazing! Our puppy is only 5 months old and we feel completely confident knowing he’s in such great care when he’s with them. We really appreciate that he’s kept with other puppies and not mixed in with the bigger dogs. It gives us real peace of mind. He always has so much fun and is worn out :) It is fantastic for his socialisation with other breeds. Highly recommend!"
