"We recently booked our lab puppy, Minty, for a short stay and couldn’t have been more thrilled with the experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the happy sight of pups playing in the water splash area—it honestly looked like a little Wet’n’Wild for dogs! The warm welcome from the staff immediately put us at ease. As it was Minty’s first kennel stay, we were a little unsure how she’d go, but the team reassured us she would have a wonderful time—and they were absolutely right. When we came to pick her up, she didn’t want to leave! We especially loved the thoughtful report card detailing her stay. The attention to detail throughout was outstanding; it truly feels like a pet resort in every sense of the word. Having used a range of pet stays in the past, I can confidently say we won’t be going anywhere else. I highly recommend Pet Resorts Gumdale. 1000/10"

"We absolutely love Pet Resorts Gumdale! Our dog Franklin has been attending daycare there since he was about 14 weeks old and he’s now five months old. He always has an absolutely fabulous time and comes home happy and exhausted from a big day of play. Doggy daycare has been amazing for his socialisation and confidence. He recently had his first boarding stay over Easter and we were so pleased with how well he was looked after he came home happy and healthy as always. You can genuinely tell the staff care about their jobs and about the animals they’re looking after, which gives us so much peace of mind. 10/10 would definitely recommend!"

"Our loved Bonnie and Teddy stayed at Fido and Felix while we were overseas. From our first phone call to dropping them off to having them home everything was a wonderful experience. Upon our return getting home from overseas, my husband and I became very unwell but the wonderful Sammy saved the day and went above and beyond for us, to which we are truely thankful. We will never forget this kindness. Our dogs came home clean, healthy and happy. I have never felt so confident with the decision of picking Fido and Felix for our dog boarding. I highly recommend this fabulous place if you need to board your pets. Thank you to all the team and especially Sammy- you guys are the greatest!"

"Our Cavoodle had a lovely 5 days. He’d been before and was wagging his tail as we returned for his next visit. All the staff are so lovely and you feel they really care and definitely give your doggie cuddles and love. Extra shout out to Ebony who had written a cute Holiday Report Card given to us when we picked him up. Highly recommend and definitely using regularly. Thanks great team!"

"Would recommend Pet Resort, Gumdale to all. Our dog Zoe was well looked after. The staff are great and especially when it came to ensuring she got her med's at the prescribed times. Zoe came home a very happy dog. Will be using them again in the future. Really enjoyed getting a report card from the staff on how she reacted to her stay. Ron B"
