"I wouldn't leave my boy Joey anywhere else! The staff are so lovely and I 100% know that they take very good care of my favourite boy. He gets excited when we drive towards Samford pet resort now. He comes back to me bathed and happy everytime and I can tell the staff love and care about him. I know its not the cheapest option but its so worth it to know your family member is safe and happy while you're away. Joey has stayed there countless times, from one night to three weeks and Ive never once had any concerns, honestly I cant speak highly enough of the place."

"I was a bit anxious leaving Banjo at Samford Pet Resort as he is a rescue dog, and we have been working on his reactivity and separation anxiety. However, he had an amazing time! The team were so kind and responsive, and I really appreciated being able to check in during his stay. The feedback report was lovely, and it was clear he made friends, got plenty of exercise, and absolutely adored his nanny. I felt so reassured and will definitely be sending him again. Samford is approximatey 27km from the Brisbane Airport. If you have some time before your trip, Samford is a lovely village to have a cup of coffee and chill before you fly out.
💉 Vaccinations
Dogs: Must have a current C5 vaccination. Cats: Must have a current F3 vaccination.
To protect all pets in our care, vaccination certificates must:
- • Show the vaccine was given within the past 12 months and is still valid.
- • Be provided before or at the time of boarding.
- • Confirm the vaccine was administered at least 14 days prior to boarding to allow full immunity.
🐾 Puppies & Kittens Puppies and kittens must have completed their full vaccination course and be at least 2 weeks past their 3rd and final dose (generally around 18 weeks of age).
Yes! We provide guided tours by prior arrangement. Please request a tour by heading to our Tour Booking Page
We provide premium food, comfy bedding, and safe toys — so you don’t need to pack much! Please bring:
- • Your pet’s vaccination certificate
- • Any medications (in original vet packaging with clear instructions)
- • Your pet’s microchip number
If you prefer to supply your own food, please portion and label it clearly. Large beds, collars, and toys are best left at home, as we provide everything your pet will need during their country-style holiday.
