Our Ingleside pet resort is nestled in the peaceful Northern Beaches hinterland, just a short drive from suburbs like Mona Vale, Warriewood, Dee Why and Terrey Hills. Surrounded by nature yet close to busy local hubs, it’s a calming retreat for both dogs and cats.
You’ll find us on Cicada Glen Road, accessed via Mona Vale Road and a turn onto Chiltern Road, where the leafy surrounds open into a quiet and picturesque haven for pets.You can also reach us from the other direction through the backroads, travelling down Cabbage Tree Road for an easy and scenic approach to the resort.
Yes. We strongly recommend booking ahead for all services, especially during school holidays and long weekends when places fill quickly.
Tours must also be pre-booked, as we’re unable to accommodate walk-ins.
Our team is always happy to help you secure the dates you need, please contact our Ingleside resort to book.
For dogs and cats staying with us, please bring any required medication, special diets and your pet’s current vaccination certificate. We provide all bedding, bowls and comfort items, so there’s no need to pack extras.
We usually cannot accommodate for clients bringing beds in from home because they get soaked from cleaning or spoiled overnight. We provide all bedding, bowls and comfort items, so we ask to leave any extras at home. If you would like to request to bring along a special comfort item, please make our team aware during booking.
You can drop off or collect your pet during our standard operating hours of 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm Saturdays, and 2pm to 5pm Sundays.
To help us settle your pet in or check them out smoothly, we kindly ask guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before our 12pm and 5pm closing times.
Our team will guide you through check in or collection so the experience is relaxed and stress-free for both you and your pet.
