"I have used Pet Resorts Townsville Yabulu several times and when I pick my dogs up from their holiday they are always super happy, clean and in great condition. They sleep for the first day having had so much fun on their home away from home. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and fast to respond. Great communication in the team! "Cannot give this place enough praises! I didn’t see a lot of reviews for cats staying at this resort so thought it was important to share my review. We left our fur baby, Chester, with the amazing staff at this resort while we travelled America for 3 weeks. The lead up to our cats stay, the staff were amazing. Happy to help out with any questions or concerns I had. During our cats stay here, the staff here kept us well informed with plenty of pictures. When we returned, our cat was happy and healthy, and didn’t seem like he wanted to leave! Again, thanks so much for looking after our baby while we were away. Would recommend this resort to anyone with inside cats that need to be looked after while you travel. Thanks to all the amazing staff!!"

"I "discovered" Australian Pet Resorts Townsville via a search engine. I also "discovered" another facility trading under an almost identical name. If you want the very best for you fur-baby/s then make sure that your enquiries are directed to Australian Pet Resorts Townsville. My mini bull terrier had reason to stay here at the end of July and a couple of days into August. To say that she was well treated is an understatement. The facility is first rate, five star. The option of providing your pets own food is an economical way of keeping costs down but the option of selecting food and portion size offered by the facility is a god send for those time poor or caught on the hop. The options for your pets' entertainment and amusement are seemingly endless and the staff [sometimes seems to be more staff than pets!] are kind, considerate, and in our opinion, could not do enough to please us. The taxi facility of collection and drop off a wonderful inclusion in their services. The Australian Pet Resort Townsville, also offers long distance collection and delivery of pets if you are unable to deliver to their door. In all, we have nothing but praise for this excellent establishment and whenever our girl needs a second home, there is absolutely no doubt in our minds that she will be staying here. I am a genuine client and have not been paid in any manner for this review, further I would add, that our girl is usually a bit tense after time away from us in unfamiliar surroundings, but this time, she was markedly more relaxed.
