"The staff are so caring, communicative and knowledgeable. There is an authenticity when you walk in the door, while your pets are in care and on departure that doesn't compare to any other place or team I've experienced over the years. Over so many years of trying to find a solution, this is the only time in or out of home I have had absolute peace of mind. My two can be at times, anxious, complex & hard work but the team have taken the time to learn their individual natures to make sure they have the absolute best days of their lives. The team work to achieve best possible outcomes for my guys and that shows when I collect them, finding happy, worked and loved dogs. "My baby has been to Pet Resorts Australia Townsville twice now and both times she has returned home extremely happy, healthy and clean. I could tell my baby had been well looked after. "My 5 month old mini dachshund has stayed with PRA Yabulu twice now. First time was for 2 weeks and second was for 4 days. Firstly, it was so easy to book online (just make sure you have your pet’s Vaccination records) & the receptionist on the phone was very helpful with my questions (first time dog mum) and the drop off process was super easy. All I had to do was bring Sammy and they looked after the rest. Pick up process was even easier and Sammy was in such a great mood for days. In fact, I think he loved his lil holiday which made my nerves ease. I chose a standard room which he was monitored and moved to cool air if it was a really hot day. Highly recommend this facility and the staff are super lovely and you can tell they love looking after our little ones. THANK YOU 😁"

"Our 14 yr old cat Zeus has been going to this pet boarding since it was Beaches. We have always found the staff attentive to our cat and always provide feedback on his stay. We are so grateful for their care and he is always healthy and happy when either arriving for a stay or being collected. Excellent effort by all!"

"Cannot give this place enough praises! I didn’t see a lot of reviews for cats staying at this resort so thought it was important to share my review. We left our fur baby, Chester, with the amazing staff at this resort while we travelled America for 3 weeks. The lead up to our cats stay, the staff were amazing. Happy to help out with any questions or concerns I had. During our cats stay here, the staff here kept us well informed with plenty of pictures. When we returned, our cat was happy and healthy, and didn’t seem like he wanted to leave! Again, thanks so much for looking after our baby while we were away. Would recommend this resort to anyone with inside cats that need to be looked after while you travel. Thanks to all the amazing staff!!"
