"The staff are so caring, communicative and knowledgeable. There is an authenticity when you walk in the door, while your pets are in care and on departure that doesn't compare to any other place or team I've experienced over the years. Over so many years of trying to find a solution, this is the only time in or out of home I have had absolute peace of mind. My two can be at times, anxious, complex & hard work but the team have taken the time to learn their individual natures to make sure they have the absolute best days of their lives. The team work to achieve best possible outcomes for my guys and that shows when I collect them, finding happy, worked and loved dogs. "My 5 month old mini dachshund has stayed with PRA Yabulu twice now. First time was for 2 weeks and second was for 4 days. Firstly, it was so easy to book online (just make sure you have your pet’s Vaccination records) & the receptionist on the phone was very helpful with my questions (first time dog mum) and the drop off process was super easy. All I had to do was bring Sammy and they looked after the rest. Pick up process was even easier and Sammy was in such a great mood for days. In fact, I think he loved his lil holiday which made my nerves ease. I chose a standard room which he was monitored and moved to cool air if it was a really hot day. Highly recommend this facility and the staff are super lovely and you can tell they love looking after our little ones. THANK YOU 😁"

"Hank and Choco stayed over Christmas for 2 weeks. Though when leaving they were anxious, when we picked them up they were happy and healthy - clearly comfortable with the team. Even when we had advised our dog was funny about men, the team had one of their male workers come in whilst we were there to meet him. They kept us updated throughout the stay to reassure us. Would reccommend - we will be back!"

"Our 14 yr old cat Zeus has been going to this pet boarding since it was Beaches. We have always found the staff attentive to our cat and always provide feedback on his stay.
