Terms & Conditions for Pet Resorts Australia Easter Colouring Contest

Competition Overview:
Pet Resorts Australia is running an Easter Colouring Contest for primary school aged kids and younger, with one winner per site. Participants can submit their artwork either digitally or physically. By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Competition closes 27/04/2025.

Eligibility

• The contest is open to children (under 12 years old) who participate by submitting the approved Pet Resorts Australia Easter-themed colouring artwork.
• Each site will run a separate contest, and only one winner will be selected per site.
• Entrants are permitted to submit an entry to only one Pet Resorts Australia location.
• Participants must obtain parental consent to enter the competition.
• Applicants can only submit to one Pet Resorts Australia site. 

Submission Methods

• Participants may submit their colouring artwork either:
• Digitally:
  Scan or photograph the artwork and email it to your resort location’s email address along with the child’s name, age, and parent or guardian’s name and contact details.
• Physically:
  By submitting your coloured-in artwork with the child’s name and age on the front and the parent or guardian’s name and contact details written on the back. You can either drop it in to us, or send via post to: 64 Beresford Dr, Draper QLD 4520. Posted submissions must arrive by COB 27th of April or it will not be included in the competition.

Use of Artwork

• Pet Resorts Australia reserves the right to display the submitted artwork at their site(s) and use it for future marketing and promotional purposes, both online and offline.

Collection of Information

• By submitting colouring sheets and contact details, all entrants in the Pet Resorts Australia Under 12s Colouring Competition acknowledge that their parent or guardian has provided consent.
• By submitting artwork, participants give their consent to be contacted in the future by Pet Resorts Australia for marketing and promotional purposes.

Prize Details

• The winner at each site will receive:
• 1 x Easter egg hamper
• 1 x Voucher for a free day of boarding in our social Guest or Presidential Suites for your dog or cat (Private) at Pet Resorts Australia with a minimum 3 day stay to be booked for low season only.

Promotional Period

• The vouchers must be redeemed within the promotional period.
• The promotional period runs from 01/05/25 to 01/05/26.

Winner Announcement

• Winners will be announced by the 15th of May 2025 and will be contacted directly via the parent or guardian’s contact details provided.
• If winners do not collect their prize or respond to communication within two weeks of being notified, Pet Resorts Australia reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Once a collection time is agreed upon with the resort, winners must collect their hamper and voucher in person.
• If winners fail to attend the agreed-upon collection time and do not respond to further communication, Pet Resorts Australia may select another winner after two weeks of no response.

Terms of Use for Vouchers

• One free day of either dog or cat boarding for a minimum of 3 day stay in low season.
• Only valid for social Guest or Presidential Suites for dogs and/or Private for cats.
• Dogs must be deemed social by Pet Resorts Australia to qualify.
• To redeem the voucher, winners must call to book and inform our booking team of their voucher and provide their voucher to Pet Resorts Australia when dropping off their dog or cat.
• Bookings must be scheduled in advance.
• Vouchers must be used at one Pet Resorts Australia location where the winner was awarded their prize.
• Additional services or extended care beyond the promotional period are subject to standard rates and fees.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
• This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Pet boarding is subject to availability.
• Pets must meet vaccination, microchip, and desexing requirements for boarding.

Changes and Termination

• Pet Resorts Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any changes to the promotion, the updated terms and conditions will be published on the Pet Resorts Australia website.
