"Pet Resorts Australia Samford has been amazing! The team has been incredibly friendly, supportive, and helpful. I had some concerns about leaving my reactive dog. Instead of rejecting him based on my description of his behaviour, they suggested trying a daycare session first to assess how he would respond. They took the time to get to know him rather than simply saying no, which I really appreciated. My dog has now stayed there twice.Once for daycare and once for boarding, and both experiences have gone really well. I was initially worried about the staff managing him, but they handled him professionally and with great care. I'm very grateful for their patience, understanding, and willingness to give Milo a chance. I'll definitely be leaving Milo with them again, including for a much longer stay, because I feel confident he's in safe and caring hands. I highly recommend Pet Resorts Australia Samford to anyone looking for a caring and experienced team."

I love that the team understands his personality and matches him with other dogs of a similar temperament. We also appreciate the end-of-stay report cards, which reassure us that he's happy, content, and being well cared for. I've also found the team to be patient, understanding, and genuinely attentive to each pet's individual needs. There is real comfort in knowing your dog is happy when you drop them off and just as happy when you pick them up. We've even booked our two cats in for our next trip.
