As a prior customer of the amazing Samford Pet Resort, we wanted to inform you that the resort is now under the ownership of Pet Resorts Australia and we are pleased to advise that all the same staff that you have known and loved, remain at the resort, including Katrina as Resort Manager and Tammy as Operational Supervisor.
Pet Resorts Australia is an award-winning nationally trusted leader in pet care, providing the very best dog hotel, cattery, doggy day care and training services across QLD and NSW. The family owned and operated business now has seven luxury pet resorts, all of which are led by a team of dedicated professional animal lovers, including Samford Pet Resort’s Director, Blake De Bruin, who we are thrilled to say has joined the Pet Resorts Australia’s management team as Chief Operating Officer.
Founded in 2006, Pet Resorts Australia’s philosophy is centred around providing peace of mind to pet owners, ensuring they are safe in the knowledge that their cherished pet is happy, healthy, and having fun at one of Australia’s best pet care facilities.
Combining these two experienced teams and 60 years of collective experience, customers of Samford Pet Resort can be reassured that their pets will still be in the very best care, with the same dedicated team and facilities that your pets love, while looking forward to the exciting new resort upgrades that the Pet Resorts Australia facilities are renowned for throughout the country.
We would also like to take this opportunity to show our appreciation for Samford Pet Resort owners, Garth and Karen De Bruin who have spent 38 years of living, breathing, and working to create the award-winning and innovative facility it is today. We extend our deepest gratitude for their contributions to the industry including, founding the Association of Pet Boarding and Grooming (APBG), which united pet boarding and grooming facilities across Australia, educating them and opening discussions around industry reform to improve the standard of pet care nationwide. On behalf of the Pet Resorts Australia team, we look forward to continuing their legacy and wish them both all the very best in their next chapter.
