Each private room is thoughtfully set up to support relaxation, enrichment and daily routine, with the option of our shared Lounge Room for extra enrichment.

"We’ve used Northside Pet Resort twice now for looking after Pickles while we’ve gone away on holidays and we’ve come back to a happy and healthy dog. We’d love to see more photos on socials but she’s not always photogenic, although she’s clearly looked after based on what we have seen when she’s cracked a smile and when we’ve returned. The team is friendly, rates are fair and the facilities look great. Having a beagle means always being worried about security but she’s not seemed to try and dig her way out; clearly good fencing. She’s not a very dog social dog with us but gets amongst the other beagles and mid-sized dogs who are there."

"This was our first time leaving our puppy in a pet resort and I think we were more nervous than her. The staff were very understanding, they put out minds at rest and reassured us she would be fine and she was. She loved every minute of her stay. I even forgot her blanket and collected it washed and dry, smelling lovely. Our little one will be back in a few weeks for a longer stay and no doubt she will make more new dog friends while she is there. Thank you so much for taking good care of her. We know she is in safe hands."

"Wonderful place for your pets. Staff are fantastic, pets are happy and have a great time. Loki loves going to doggy daycare. Always comes back exhausted. I cant say "doggy daycare" around Loki, as it whips him up in total excitement. Best place for you dog and cats."

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring familiar items such as bedding, toys, or a favourite blanket to help your cat feel at home during their stay.
Yes, our team gives each feline guest personalised attention every day. This includes cuddles, playtime, and plenty of interaction tailored to their temperament.
We have trained staff available to care for cats with special needs or medical conditions. Please contact the resort prior to booking to confirm that we can accommodate your cat’s specific needs and medication requirements.
All special care requirements must be confirmed with our office team prior to check-in. Additional care or medication administration fees may apply.

Yes. We’re happy to house sibling or companion cats together in the same room to help minimise stress, or in separate rooms if you’d prefer.
Just let us know when booking and we’ll set things up to suit your cats.
Our Narangba cattery is open Monday to Saturday from 7:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm, and Sunday from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. We’re closed on public holidays.
