The staff were incredible and got in touch when she was a bit anxious on her first day to check in. By the time I booked him in for a two-night stay (because even queens have work trips), he was so adored that they upgraded him to a suite - free of charge - because of his good behaviour and irresistible charm. Talk about VIPooch treatment! The staff are friendly, playful and attentive, the facilities are sparkling clean, and the complimentary grooming before pick-up? Honey, that’s five-star realness. I left with total peace of mind knowing my little prince was in the hands of true professionals who adore him almost as much as I do.
