"My sweet Jim has found his new favourite place! Everyone at Terrigal Pet Resort are absolute rockstars! We have booked for both daycare & overnight boarding, both services are super easy to book & my boy always come home healthy, happy, and tired from all the playing! My favourite part of Jim going to daycare is seeing all of the photos the crew takes of him! I’m so glad Jim has a great place to hangout at with an amazing crew of people! Thank you TPR Team❤️"

"Being a very anxious dog mum I cannot praise Pet Resorts Terrigal enough. They are so patient with me which I love. They answer all my questions prior to boarding Marshall over and over Marshall loves going there They are exceptional with his care. Being a greyhound he is a sensitive soul and they know this and give him the care and cuddles he needs. The best thing was that he only lost minimal amount of weight which is testament to the care he received. If you need to board your precious dog this is the place. Also Marshall loves doggy day care which he goes to once a week. Give it a go. It’s so worth it"

"We booked our boy Boris into Terrigal pet resort into the suite rooms as he is a boas breed dog and we had some initial concerns about leaving him in the warmer months while we went away overseas, however these worries soon went away as Boris was so well cared for- he was pampered in his air conditioned room by the wonderful pet nannies and they made sure to take him out early in the day & later in the evening so he didnt overheat. He seemed to be living his best life! We got pupdates from the staff which included personal updates about how he was going and included photos of him- where we did notice he had a slight reddened eye- only to learn the staff were already onto it and had applied the cream that evening from the staff notes when we emailed back. We then said could they start the eye drops to ensure it doesnt get worse and they were more than abbliging and willing to care for our boy. When we picked him up his eyes were looking amazing they had done a super job and no redness! We were thrilled at the care and attention he got and he cam home so happy with no withdrawal or sadness. We have already rebooked for our next trip next year as we very so pleased! Thankyou to all the staff who looked after Boris!"

"This place is amazing! My Labrador Millie stayed here for a month and it was her first time staying away from home. She was a little apprehensive and shy at the start, but the staff helped her through it and she settled in nicely. Her weekly postcards showed me she was having such a fun time and loved playing in the pool! It put my mind at ease to know she was so looked after. The staff were great and super responsive to any questions I had. Will definitely be using them again!"

"My beloved fur babies Mitzi (cat) and Archie ( small dog) had a short stay at Pet resort Terrigal, I cannot thank them enough after arranging accommodation for Archie at short notice they looked after him, very well, giving medication and checking of him regular as his is a old fella, on collection day they discussed a few concerns with Mitzi, who was a little stressed about being away from home, but thank you for your concern. I would be happy to recommend Terrigal Pet Resort."
