"We recently boarded our 9-year-old Vizsla, Sansa, at Pet Resorts Australia Ingleside, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She’s a sensitive girl with lots of nervous energy, and at other facilities we’ve always worried about how she’d cope—especially around overly boisterous dogs. From the first call, Mia was fantastic. She really understood Sansa’s personality and explained how she would gently assess her and introduce her to suitable playmates. This gave us huge peace of mind heading into our holiday. We were thrilled to receive a pet postcard with photos of Sansa clearly having a great time. Since then, she’s stayed there two more times, and we’re consistently impressed with the level of care and understanding she receives. Highly recommend PRA Ingleside—we now relax on our trips knowing Sansa is in the best hands."

We have a golden retriever and a French bulldog who stay here when we go away for weekends etc. You know they’re well care for when you open the car door and they run towards the entrance! Amazing work team. Makes it so much easier, emotionally, to leave them when you know they’re pleased to be there."
