"We recently boarded our 9-year-old Vizsla, Sansa, at Pet Resorts Australia Ingleside, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She’s a sensitive girl with lots of nervous energy, and at other facilities we’ve always worried about how she’d cope—especially around overly boisterous dogs. From the first call, Mia was fantastic. She really understood Sansa’s personality and explained how she would gently assess her and introduce her to suitable playmates. This gave us huge peace of mind heading into our holiday. We were thrilled to receive a pet postcard with photos of Sansa clearly having a great time. Since then, she’s stayed there two more times, and we’re consistently impressed with the level of care and understanding she receives. My first contact which was via phone I spoke with Mia, her approach and knowledge put me at ease immediately. When I checked Bailey in on the 17th Poppy was very efficient and I could see she loved her job. When Mia brought Bailey out to me his appearance was fresh and fluffy, I can only imagine due to the unprecedented amount of rain being experienced would have been just that bit more difficult to keep all the pooches happy.
