Harry has stayed with them several times over this year and last year and every experience has been excellent. The staff are always wonderful, helpful, caring and very accommodating (Michael), which gives us great peace of mind whenever Harry stays there. "A fantastic place that treats your pooch like family. I take my girl Oreo for daycare and holiday stay and I have nothing by praise. Oreo is always excited we get to Dural Pet Resorts to see her human and doggy friends. For the longer holiday stay I was kept up to date about how she was through email as well as the account page with photos and detailed information. I also decided to include training on her longer stay. 100% worth it! Dural pet resorts loves my pooch like she was family, and her wagging tail and excitement everytime we get there is evidence that she loves being there too."

"There is no one other than PRA Dural I trust to care for my Henry whilst I am on holidays. Henry has had multiple stays at PRA Dural over the years and each time he has come home clean, happy, healthy and very tired from all the running around he does with his doggie friends. I love getting postcards with pictures and updates from his stay which gives me peace of mind that he is doing well. Yes, our team gives each feline guest personalised attention every day. This includes cuddles, playtime, and plenty of interaction tailored to their temperament.
We have trained staff available to care for cats with special needs or medical conditions. Please contact the resort prior to booking to confirm that we can accommodate your cat’s specific needs and medication requirements.
All special care requirements must be confirmed with our office team prior to check-in. Additional care or medication administration fees may apply.

Yes, when available, we can offer adjoining or larger suites so bonded cats from the same family can stay together comfortably.
For the health and safety of all guests, we require that your cat is up-to-date with their F3 vaccination. Please bring your cat’s vaccination certificate when you check in.
