"Cannot give this place enough praises! I didn’t see a lot of reviews for cats staying at this resort so thought it was important to share my review. We left our fur baby, Chester, with the amazing staff at this resort while we travelled America for 3 weeks. The lead up to our cats stay, the staff were amazing. Happy to help out with any questions or concerns I had. During our cats stay here, the staff here kept us well informed with plenty of pictures. When we returned, our cat was happy and healthy, and didn’t seem like he wanted to leave! Again, thanks so much for looking after our baby while we were away. Would recommend this resort to anyone with inside cats that need to be looked after while you travel. Thanks to all the amazing staff!!"

"We have been using pet resort Townsville now for over a year, our staffy cross stays there every 2 weeks, for 1 week at a time. He loves going there as he loves the staff.
