"We’ve been using Pet Resorts Australia Townsville for our dog for some time now, and we’ve always been really happy with the care he receives. He is always well looked after, and we’ve never had any issues during his stays. It gives us great peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands while we’re away. We also really appreciate that they always give him a bath before we pick him up, it’s such a lovely extra touch! We’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, caring and reliable place for their dog to stay. 🐾"

"We were very apprehensive about having to leave our dog Kelli in a kennel after a terrible experience in TheTop End NT which changed her forever. We had no choice however & chose Pet Resorts Australia Townsville. When we dropped her off we immediately felt at ease with the warm, genuine welcome we received. Kelli had an excited and comfortable reaction to the staff. When we collected her she was very happy and had obviously enjoyed her stay. She looked great and had been well looked after. We had to drive several hours to get home and Kelli slept soundly in between breaks. I would have no hesitation in using Pet Resorts Australia Townsville again."

"The staff are so caring, communicative and knowledgeable. There is an authenticity when you walk in the door, while your pets are in care and on departure that doesn't compare to any other place or team I've experienced over the years. Over so many years of trying to find a solution, this is the only time in or out of home I have had absolute peace of mind. My two can be at times, anxious, complex & hard work but the team have taken the time to learn their individual natures to make sure they have the absolute best days of their lives. The team work to achieve best possible outcomes for my guys and that shows when I collect them, finding happy, worked and loved dogs. Photos are courtesy of PRA Townsville sent to me during one of their stays."

"My baby has been to Pet Resorts Australia Townsville twice now and both times she has returned home extremely happy, healthy and clean. I could tell my baby had been well looked after. I supplied my dogs own prescription diet and they were very accommodating for no extra cost and I felt reassured they took her dietary needs seriously. Thank you for taking great care of my Sadie"
