"We recently boarded our dog Chase at Pet Resorts Australia in Eumundi and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we dropped him off, the team made us feel confident he was in great hands. The staff are caring, attentive, and clearly passionate about animals. They truly went the extra mile to make sure Chase felt happy and comfortable during his stay. He came home relaxed and well looked after, which says everything. "Zac recently stayed with the resort in one of their destination suites. He had a small leg injury leading up to this stay and I was a bit apprehensive about leaving him. The staff were fabulous taking time to discuss his injury the best way to manage it and making sure he was as comfortable as possible with extra bedding etc. They told me to call at any time if I was concerned and his nanny gave me feedback on his stay when I picked him up. As always Zac loved his time there and came home a very happy and tired boy."

"Very happy with the care our gorgeous girl received here! They were so friendly on arrival, that she went in without hesitation. During her stay, she ended up needing vet care (from a pre-stay injury), and they communicated with us brilliantly and took her to the local vet. They also managed her follow-up care well. Very nice to have such a caring team when you are travelling, especially when they need medical attention. When we picked her up, she was happy, excited to see us of course, but was clearly enjoying her stay."

"I have taken my cat and two dogs here numerous times, they're well looked after and their needs are catered for. My dogs share their space together, and enjoy time in the chilled dog play area. I'm grateful that the people at PRA Eumundi take the time to assess where they will fit in the best. We take their own food, and occasionally take a toy for my younger dog to play with during her stay. I'm very pleased with the services provided."
